Peter J. Healy, DDS

General Dentist-Cosmetic, Implant Restoration, & Preventive Dentistry

Born and raised in the Pelham Bay area of the Bronx, Dr. Healy's interest in healthcare began at an early age. Guided by a family member in the field of medicine, he quickly realized dentistry was his future.

Dr. Healy completed his Bachelor's degree in Biology with minor in Theology at Manhattan College. After graduation, Dr. Healy worked as a substitute elementary school teacher where he gained experience understanding children. 

He went on to graduate from New York University College of Dentistry, earning his degree of Doctorate of Dental Surgery. While attending dental school, Dr. Healy worked at a Psychiatric Hospital as a mental health worker. He gained experience in the areas of adolescent and adult psychology. 

Dr Healy has focused his post doctorate education in the fields of Cosmetic dentistry & Implant Restoration. 

Having 30+ years experience in the field, he continually strives to provide the most state of the art techniques in Implant restoration. He frequently attends conferences and hands on seminars. Dr Healy also completed training with the Academy of Laser Dentistry.  

For the past 29 years, he has been involved with the special needs community, as a parent & as a volunteer for Special Olympics and as a coach for a local basketball team.   

As a dentist, Dr Healy values gentle, compassionate patient care. He offers conservative treatment plans and has an eye for perfection, striving to provide the best, most comfortable patient experience for all, be it a young child to a senior. 

Dr. Healy enjoys being with his family and friends, plays golf, basketball & softball. He enjoys movies, traveling & is a Beatles fan. He's an avid reader & is learning to speak Spanish.

Stephen Molinaro, DDS

General Dentist-Cosmetic, Laser Dentistry, and Preventative Dentistry

Originally from Long Island, Dr. Molinaro, from a young age, was always interested in dentistry. He was very fortunate that his family dentist asked him to observe. He later practiced with him for two years.     

Dr. Molinaro completed his Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry & Psychology at SUNY at StonyBrook, and completed an additional year in Biochemical research which ended in a publication in JBC. He went on to New York University College of Dentistry to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery receiving awards in Family Practice and Operative Dentistry. Once in private practice he focused his post doctorate education on Lasers in Dentistry and went on to earn Mastership status at the Academy of Laser Dentistry. Along with cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry, he continues to use lasers and drill-less dental options in practice today. 

Once a resident of Ridgefield, Dr. Molinaro was introduced to Dr Richard Scala. Upon Dr. Scala's retirement, Dr.'s Molinaro and Healy continued his practice and have been for over 22 years.

Dr. Molinaro makes it a priority to listen to every patient’s concerns, taking the time to explain treatment options, so patients can make the best choice suited for their needs. His optimal goal is to establish a trusting relationship with each patient and provide comfortable dental care in a warm friendly environment.  

Outside the office, Dr. Molinaro enjoys spending time with his immediate and large extended family, playing golf, hiking, biking, kayaking, reading, music and movies.
